Greetings!

Graykittenwithheart

Happy Valentine's Day!   It's a bright spot in what has otherwise been a pretty oppressive winter here in the Northeast.

But rather than wallow in the snow, I wanted to warm things up a bit by offering a special gift to any client who purchases a consultation this month:  a free flower essence (of your choice) from Green Hope Farm's Animal Wellness Collection.

I often recommend flower essences for problems such as separation anxiety, jealousy, neediness, litter box issues, introductions of new pets into the family, transitions to new homes, recovery from physical and emotional injuries, and to support older animals during the aging process.

I have found that specially formulated flower essences can often be extremely useful as an adjunct to my sessions with animals who may need some extra help in coping with difficult situations, shifting out of problem behaviors, or adjusting to new circumstances.  I often recommend them as a form of "aftercare."  In particular, the 22 unique blends from Green Hope Farm's Animal Wellness Collection are gentle, alcohol-free, and in my experience, quite effective.  So if you've been thinking of scheduling a session for one of your animals, this would be a good time to do it!

MargritCoatesworkingondogI'm hoping to be able to organize an Animal Healing Workshop in the Boston area next November with world-famous Animal Communicator and Healer, Margrit Coates.  I attended her two-day workshop at New York City's Open Center in early December, and all I can say is that it was transformative for both the people and the dogs who were there.

We'd like to be able to design a Boston workshop with one day devoted to dogs and one to horses.  If you're interested in attending or even offering your farm or facility for this event, please let me know.

It was with great sadness that I learned that a treasured friend and client, Marlene Prince, had died on January 21st.  Marlene was a gentle lady whose love for animals--especially her elegant black poodle, Jack--was the guiding force of her life.

Marlene was very dear to me, and though I never met her in person, I will miss her joie de vivre and generous, joyous spirit.  People and dogs just flocked to her, as you can see here, and I know they will miss her, too.

From my heart to yours,

Animal Communication Tip of the Month

HOW ANIMALS SEE THE IMAGES IN YOUR MIND

SqueekyI was communicating with a beautiful grand dame of a cat named "Squeeky," who was believed to be almost 20 years old.  Her "Mom," Linda, had wanted me to check in with her beloved girl to see how she was doing.

In the midst of my session with Squeeky, the image of a burning building "flew" into our conversation, unbidden by me.  It seemed to me that Squeeky was trying to convey that at some time in her past, she had been rescued from a room or a building that was ablaze with fire.

When I noted that information in the transcript I sent to Linda, it puzzled her.  She pondered for hours about what it could possibly mean, but her mind kept drawing a blank.  She had rescued Squeeky when she was a homeless street waif at the tender age of six months, and nothing like a fire had ever threatened their peaceful existence since then.

But moments before I called Linda to review what Squeeky had said, it hit her.  For years now, she has been telling Squeeky that she loved her so much that she would run into a burning building to save her.  Interestingly, she had repeated that same message to Squeeky on the very day before my consultation with her.

What we both realized was that Squeeky not only grasped what Linda had been saying to her, but she also "saw" the image of the building on fire that Linda had unconsciously conjured up in her own mind, every time she used that metaphor to express the depth of her affection for her dear cat.  Squeeky also understood, on a deep, profound level, that Linda would have rescued her from such a danger, no matter what the personal cost.

That Squeeky would then transmit the image of being rescued from a fire to me means that it had become a vivid picture in her mind, too.  She wanted me to know that she felt completely safe in Linda's arms, understanding beyond doubt that her cherished caretaker would never allow her to fall into harm's way.

Geordie

Last summer, I had the privilege of working with an incredible Border Collie, "Geordie," who his soulmate, Anne, knew was in the last stages of his earthly incarnation.  Sadly, he passed from his body sooner than anyone had hoped.

Geordie had a powerful energetic presence, even in sickness, but it was what happened after he left his physical body that convinced us all that something quite magical was happening, at his behest.  Though the visions and images and messages that Geordie conveyed while in spirit may have seemed to stretch anyone else's credulity, Anne never doubted that her dear beloved dog continued to be with her, though his body was not.

What happened to Geordie in the months after his death, and how he managed to find his way back to Anne, will be told on another day.  As for me, I feel blessed to have been part of their journey, and so grateful to have received this loving note from Anne and her husband, Wayne:

"Wayne and I would like to tell you how much a part of our family you have become.  Your gifts are extraordinary, your kindness and compassion are beyond words.

You have been with us through illness and the eventual transition of our beloved Geordie, guiding us with love.  We have been able to laugh at Geordie's tremendous soul 'in spirit' with such professional caring, direct, and incredible accuracy in the messages.

Above all, the messages left us with absolutely no doubt that love and spirit never leave us.  Through health, illness, grief, transition and 'life lessons' in general, we have experienced comfort that we had no idea was possible.

Connections that you make with our beloveds are priceless.  You are a valued member of our family. . .those of us with two feet and four feet alike!"

There are so many ways to communicate with animals, as these stories attest.  Animals are natural telepathic communicators, and it's because they're so good at it that I can "hear" them.

If you think that you and your animal would benefit from a
telepathic consultation, please drop me a note or give me a call.

Until Next Time!
